Privacy, Security & Information Law

BeesMont Law’s dedicated multi-disciplinary Privacy, Security & Information Law team has been established specifically to:

  • assist clients with implementing privacy governance and compliance programmes for the recruitment and engagement of employees in Bermuda and manage data protection issues arising from corporate matters including mergers & acquisitions, business combinations and re-organisations; and

They regularly provide court representation in cases concerning breach of confidence and misuse of confidential information under Bermuda’s common law and deliver training on PIPA, PATI and the Human Rights Act, 1981.
